Process

Bridge the client-to-designer communication and develop an order management system to increase product usage, knowledge of in-house service, and improve the user experience with reduced correspondence. AFH Marketing, a pre-emptive questionnaire catered to guidepost each collateral’s selection and distribution essentials became the hypothesis.

Goal

Excessive front-end email correspondence during an active request. Unattractive in-house service due to the strained production pipeline and exhaustive client experience.

Problem A

AFH Marketing was the capstone project within my Marketing Designer position with Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty. At the beginning of 2018, a new listing marketing service (LMS) for budget-conscious advertising was introduced with newly licensed agents or brokerage inductees in mind.

Result

Formalize and design a web platform for a consolidated overview of order submission and processing. Evaluate prior in-house and third-party product performance to access unmet needs that affected user sustainability. Inclusive-minded interactive design for an adult to senior adult age spectrum.

Goal

The new LMS’ benefits were lost in translation due to decentralized request forms straining user investment and jeopardized retention rate. There was no pre-existing submission system or reference catalog for the end user’s order and approval procedure.

Problem B

Consolidate the submission criteria for each marketing product within company branded user touch points. Lead bi-weekly classes across four offices prior to the pandemic. Host a Zoom conference class and create an explainer video series for navigation and best practices.

Goal

Educating newly welcomed agents and long-standing veterans within the brokerage of this addendum LMS to the company marketing department. Nebulous in-house marketing resources with vague audience navigation.

Brian was instrumental at transforming the marketing collateral ordering process for our company.
