Chase Mizell

Sans serif and serif characters for the initial logo mark were too stiff so a script typeface was explored and revealed a merger between Abuget and Quentin. The expressive brush aesthetics were complementary between each typeface. The hooked terminal of the uppercase ‘C’ reflects confidence, while the significant kerning to letter contours mimic the client's penmanship.

Create a modern logo mark that reflected the confidence of his service and brand reputation of passion, trustworthiness, and grace.

Goal

His brand of service was no longer accurately reflected in the logo mark representing his business. The prior mark resembling an emblem with a welcoming, yet playful impression.

Chase Mizell is an award-winning real estate agent with Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty, and in 2021, he became the first agent in Georgia to sell more than $130 million in a calendar year. Making him, not only the #1 Individual Agent at Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty but also in the state of Georgia for volume sold.
