Primary objectives include:

Educating the employees.
Clearly depict the transition from previous uniform vendor to a new vendor.
Highlighting the commitment to safety, inclusivity, and sustainability fueled by employee feedback.

Goal

Delta Air Line's Uniform Brand Experience (UBX) team planned a new vendor announcement. As part of the management strategy and communications plan,
UBX and Corporate Communications wanted a short, 60-90 second animated explainer that would detail the transition expectations from announcement through the program's evolution.
