Process

Create a premium look that heroes Team USA and the Delta brand. Using the ‘Gold Standard’ as a framework, create all collateral for the Global Sales Customer Program at the Paris 2024 Olympic.
This included look and messaging around our service, wayfinding, graphics, digital, activities and entertainment.

Ask

Create a cohesive and complimentary look that blends the Delta brand, Team USA and naturally sits within the Bulgari hotel’s interior design.
Fulfill the premium Delta standards and celebrate Team USA at the 2024 Olympics through memorable experiences for 280+ C Level executives.

Goal

During summer 2024, guests of Delta were able to have a Gold Standard experience in the most premium and exclusive hotel in Paris. A place to enjoy the Games and appreciate beautiful views of Paris. The Penthouse at the Bulgari.
The approach was to weave together both the premium standards of Delta with the ambitions and drive of Team USA to deliver the Gold Standard. Thereby creating a breath-taking environment that offers premium service, hospitality and entertainment.
